Sara's Bat Mitzvah Project

In January, I visited Pantry Packers in Jerusalem with my family, where we learned about hunger in Israel and then packed hundreds of bags of lentils to be given to people who are in need around the country. I learned that Pantry Packers / Colel Chabad is a lifeline for so many people in Israel, and I was so happy that I had the chance to be part of it and help out.

In honor of my bat mitzvah, I am hoping to raise $1,800 so that Pantry Packers can continue doing its awesome work. I am also planning to come again in September with my family, so that we can spend some more time packing up food. It's really fun, and I think that you should definitely try it out!

It would mean a lot to me if you would help out with my fundraiser and share this page with your family and friends. If 100 people each donated $18, we would get to my goal!

I'm so excited to help out Pantry Packers and people in need. Thank you!

PS - I don't really know what this means but Pantry Packers told me to include it in this message: Your generous gift is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Israel.
