In honor of my becoming a Bat Mitzvah in May, I am spending an afternoon at Pantry Packers in Jerusalem next month, where I will make packages of groceries for families in need. As you know, I have loved trying and cooking new dishes since I was little, so I am focusing my mitzvah projects around ways to provide others with access to something they need and I adore - food.
