Hello, and thank you for coming to my page. For my Bat Mitzvah I am fundraising money for the people in Israel who cannot afford to buy food for themselves and their families.

When my mom asked me what group of people I wanted to help, I immediately said the homeless. When I was ten years old me and my mom went to New York City and we were in a cab and I saw many people with signs on the street asking for money. As we got out of the cab and continued to walk by more. People had many shelters out of cardboard and I felt so emotional and sad. My mom says I kept asking questions about those people for the rest of the trip. As I continue to build my Jewish identity this is a group of people I really want to help.
