As you know, our family plans to go to Israel to celebrate my Bar Mitzvah this summer. One of the highlights is sure to be doing a hands-on Mitzvah project together at Pantry Packers. Established in 1788, Pantry Packers is the oldest continuously operating network of social services in Israel. Every month Pantry Packers delivers crates with all the necessary foods and household maintenance supplies to Israel’s poorest families and senior citizens.
